Planning granted for 12 floating homes at Priory Marina, Bedford

Not sure where to post this, but thought it might be of interest, especially for us on the River Great Ouse, Bedford.

 

I had heard it mentioned whilst at the marina office that planning permission had been granted, so I thought I should find out more.

Bad news for the 20 boats on the pontoon that will lose their moorings.

my wife and I where on pontoon G and left back end off 2015, part of the reason was the rumoured floating homes that would have been taking up our view.. lol i still have emails from bwml denying it.
