Builders Plates

Just been reading through some of the old posts on builders plates and wondered did the FMC Yarwoods boats also have these fitted ??

Yes they did.Often on the upstand of the engine room ventilator or central on front engine room bulkhead. They were quite small btw.

There is a pic on the net somewhere if you goggle it i found it not so long ago when looking for engine plates

Thanks all who replied .. it was just that I have seen them on GU's but not FMC's ( or I may have missed them )

Certainly the Yarwood's Cowburn & Cowpar boats had plates, around 4"x 2". We have a copy of the plate on Stork fixed in Rudd's engine room.
