Battery Charger Powerful enough?

Thank you, Tony. I'll take note of that. It won't be so much cruising, but more spending time on the bank away from the marina. Hopefully the solar will produce most of the charging, hence going for a larger system of 600w. All lights have been replaced with 12v led which should help

Just a 'word of warning'

Once you have installed you 600w of solar, you will find that all Summer you have oodles of power and cannot use it all - come the Autumn / Winter / Spring 6 months of the year it will produce virtually nothing (maybe 5% - 10% of the Summer output) that is the time to ensure you have alternative charging arrangements (long days cruising, mains hook-up, or a generator) in place before you discharge your batteries too far, and, fail to fully charge them.

Easy to get complacent "I'm OK, I've got Solar"
