jake_crew
I noticed that the trailer for this show (toight, BBC1, 9.30pm) features Victoria (moored) and Lupin (on the move) in the background. Have the owners got more details of what happened ? http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b07td567
Nightwatch
I must be one of the few who couldn't get on with the original programme. Perhaps as a younger annoying woman this may be a better programme. Doubt it though.

guelrose
This is Stockers Lock on the GU just below Ricky. We were held up here for almost 2 hours whilst they were filming the girl walking across the lock gate. The lock cottage got a complete makeover on the outside as recompense for the disruption of filming.
guelrose
Mikey on Victoria was actively involved and I think the other narrowboat was Lupin? The steamboat I think was a tug from Wood Hall and Heward from just below Springers Lock.

zenataomm
The Frederick Whittingham is not steam, a six cylinder Gardner if I remember. Once owned by Jim McDonald and Sean & Jackie Lloyd, built by Yarwoods for the London Dock Authority to transport a Doctor out to incoming ships in order to give a clean bill of health. Mike Todd
This is Stockers Lock on the GU just below Ricky. We were held up here for almost 2 hours whilst they were filming the girl walking across the lock gate. The lock cottage got a complete makeover on the outside as recompense for the disruption of filming. We noticed the makeover in the spring when we set off up from Packet Boat. At the time we just thought that it was that a new owner had decided that it was time (it was!). Now we know the fuller story - but I cannot properly recall whether they put the display of old tools back?
