Does anyone know the size of the "O" rings for the injector pumps on a Perkins 2.5L, 4 cylinder engine?

Or a cheaper parts supplier than Diperk, who have an £18 minimum order charge, which is a bit OTT for eight "O" rings!

The engine is on a 240V AC generator.

Not sure if they're a standard size, or Japanese specials!

Engine number is KR31409 U 960769J

Thanks.

Some developments, though.

I put a technical assistance request in to DiPerk, and their Scottish representative got back to me by phone. It transpires that Perkins (DiPerK) don't supply the "O" rings, but only do exchange pumps (which would take care of the minimum order charge!).

He's given me details of the injection specialists he uses, so I'll hopefully get sorted out on Monday.

Thanks for the interest.

Hi, If you are local to an agricultural engineers, plant hire company, hydraulic hose company or even a haulage repair shop you should be able to obtain the correct o rings for your injectors, they will be a standard size and cost well under a fiver.
