Why can't you give links to these Development Plans, instead of us having to hunt them down?

I think the same comment has been made in the past about your postings.

It would make life much easier and is likely to get more responses from members.

In my view, the whole plan is reminiscent of the council estates of the 60s and 70s which were all shiny and new when introduced but soon descended into slums. Very sad.

If they descend into slums it won't be primarily to do with the buildings themselves. You can only educate people at the rate at which they are willing to be educated.
