Not so much a stoppage but Phase II of the works is supposedly starting from Monday.[15th]

Well that's when the Contractors are meant to move in.

The long awaited repairs to the VM's.

Imagine will prob. be a couple of days setting up & actual work start towards end of the week.

Expecting various access & mooring issues for the next few weeks.

Bistro & Bar will still be open.

Rumour is that Siding / Armco is being used!

So at least it should last!?

Hi,

We visited Pewsey Wharfe on Sunday.

Wow! much improved. New (fairly straight) armco piling, new mooring rings, neat and tidy. Deep enough too! (unlike some VM's on the K & A ). a joy to visit, unlike last time. Now if they could just move the Pump Out....
