He has overstayed at Stoke Bruerne, and they are trying to serve the notice to collect the £25 per day charge (!)

Really, or is this missing a smiley? Because the serving of papers is the other way

The (!) was used in lieu of a smiley!

Just out of eye surgery, I didn't read the poorly reproduced text that closely, so I apologise if an attempted bit of flippancy has misfired.

So why has Richard Parry been served a notice ?

CRT have added the £25 a day charge to a licence renewal, and Mr Higginbotham" is finally challenging the legality of that. (MEGA SMILEY).

You are often one of those 'in-the-know' Alan, I thought it was worth clarifying

Well eye thought it was flippin' funny!

Perhaps it's the registered address of boat owner and ctt are getting a section 8. Papers served at mailbox address failed and announcement is trying to trace owner. Perhaps a legal requirement the magazine ad.

It reads the other way. Calling John Higginbotham et al to contact William alexander Tarzian

Is it really though? The notice doesn't actually say who served what on whom, on closer examination. Will may be the recipient of the papers and this is some sort of legal notice demanding a response following failure to get a response via conventional channels...

I read it the other way around - and I'm guessing. We need more information

On the other hand, I can't see why John Higginbotham and CRT would be using the same post box in Belsize Road

"Calling James Higginbothom, Lombard North Central PLC ref documents served 9th December 2015, KP122693496GB."

Doesn't say who served whom with the documents.

"And Alan Leighton/Trustees, Richard Parry/directors of CART ref: documents served 4th January 2016 KP12269353GB."

Again, doesn't say who served or received the documents, just that Mr Tarzian wishes to receive communication from those called, about those docs. Possibly the point is to place on public record the fact that he has attempted to establish a communication.
