I reckon £10000 for a 12 year old 57' like This could be a bargain.

If I was, and I could feel confident that the work done so far was of a good standard, I would think £10,000 sounds good value as it stands and would be wondering what someone would quote me to complete the fit out?

 

The ad leaves me wondering, has the engine done those hours in another boat, or has the owner been too busy enjoying driving a half done project around to get on and finish the job?

Compared to the last two boats I've crewed on (a single day each, not overnight; both little more than a hull and engine) this boat looks luxurious.

i think i have seen this advertised on here before? - does make you think if the work done is of a good standard and how much would need re-doing - basically your buying a 12 yr old sailaway.

I've just had a look and can't find it on the site. I found the link by chance after looking for an image of the interior of a Mike Christian shell.

 

Aqueduct are a well known brokers with a good reputation. We moored there for 3 years, and they are a good bunch.

 

This could be an old advert and long since sold. Sorry if I've raised hopes.
