I have to disagree.

While it was not huge there was plenty to interest different people

Certainly we spent around 3 hours there, learned a lot and got to meet some new people.

There seemed to be stuff happening left right and centre, certainly a great deal that we had little interest in like canoes and angling but regretfully we ran out of time to watch the Morris dancers or even visit the museum. The singers were good

What museum? cant think of anything canal related in Nottm museums.

Sorry, crossed wires. OH and I were discussing the Industrial Museum and I thought it was near the canal but it is at Wollaton Hall.
