What can be done about residential leisure moorer?

What on earth do you think his side of the story may be?

Your use of the word derogatory is totally incorrect as my use of words explaining his behaviour are actually descriptive and correct regardless of you egotistical opinion.

Ajna- Don't bother. Looks like some on here have a barrow full of excuses for him. Like others have said, it would be totally different it he was moored next to them.

"8. You must comply with the conditions of any planning permission for the Mooring Site (if appropriate) and comply with relevant laws, byelaws, Site Rules and special conditions, including any concerning your private use of the land at the Mooring Site...

What's the planning permission/use class for the site?

Did you look into this, or decide not to take it any further?

I know you have prefixed with "in my experience", but is this really true?

I would suggest the vast majority of boaters on here seldom make any comment on it.

You are picking up on a minority that do, but that is to ignore the vast numbers that probably never make a comment one way or the other..

I agree, but the more that the minority complain about petty grievances against other boaters (who they think are getting something they shouldn't), the worse it will get for all of us.

It's like bickering children who eventually test the patience of their parents until the toys are taken away from all of them.
