Traveller
Need to source some solar. Seem to be two contenders Bimble and Best Ecoshop? Is there anything to chose between them, although it seems the latter may not do MTTP controllers in their kits. We do not a live-aboard so only need the solar to top up batteries whilst we are not there or to supplement our power needs when we are (our needs are far from heavy). musicman
Hi Traveller I used http://midsummerenergy.co.uk/ Git a great deal including a reasonably priced MPPT controller (EMPO-NI) at 99 pounds. We just use solar to keep the leisure batteries charged and cruise just a few weeks a year. Philip
