Hi all, we have just bought our first 16ft river cruiser and looking for somewhere to moor it/ store it in oxfordshire, we are in woodstock. Please can someone help us or point us in the right direction!! THANKS

Are you thinking of on the Oxford canal or on the Thames?

At 16ft LOA, it's unlikely to be more than 7ft beam...

.. and according to Wikipedia (and here) the central channel is an artificial channel, built at the same time the Thames and Severn canal was opened. I didn't know that.

 

So perfect, if you want to moor on a canal rather than a river....
