Naughty Cal
This was simply a chopped onion, mushrooms, King prawns, Smoked haddock, salmon and cod fried until just cooked through. Then add spinach and ricotta sauce and simmer for a few minutes. Add some cooked pasta and stir well before serving.

Dave Payne
Looks nom! When you say ricotta sauce, do you mean just ricotta from a tub?

Starcoaster
I do a really simple one with mixed seafood at £2.50 from Aldi (prawns, mussels and calamari) fried in chilli, garlic, white whine and chopped baby tomatoes. Serve with spaghetti, and tonnes of pepper and parmesan!

Naughty Cal
I can cook probably less than ten meals all told without following a recipe! Get experimenting then and learn to cook some more. Most of the recipes I post on here, with the exception of the slow cooker recipes, are ones we cook after work at home. So they are quick and simple meals that are easy to prepare and quick to cook.
Machpoint005
Looks delicious - but would be further improved with the addition of squid, clams or mussels!
