Ginger, Chilli And Lime Salmon

In a bowl place grated ginger, grated chilli and lime zest and a little oil. Mix well. Add the mixture to the top of a salmon fillet and leave in the fridge for a few hours.

 

To cook simply grill the salmon fillet for ten minutes.

 

Served here with pilau rice and salad.

Looks good- I do similar with a splash of soy sauce instead of the oil. You can also wrap in foil and pop in the oven but the grill is better

We wrap it in foil to stick it on the BBQ.

 

You dont get the crispy skin doing it that way though.
