I am not convinced that download is at your behest and so will turn off automatic updates on or about the 27th July.

 

and wait till I can get to somewhere with free wi-fi.

 

from Microsoft:

 

" You'll get a notification after 29th July once Windows 10 has downloaded to your device. Install it straight away or pick a time that's convenient to you"
