Canal Living Plain Sailing?

Featured Posts

Funnily enough I have just been reading this (surrounded by Bricks and mortar).

Lots of people have been moving onto the water and CaRT have tightened the rules - especially with regard to Continuous cruisers.

The couple featured in the article have taken a 'full residential berth' at a good quality marina, the fee charged sounds cheap, residential berths are normally much more expensive.

If continuous cruising consider what it will be like - staggering along the towpath with a bucket full of effluent to a sewage disposal point.

Bear in mind the definition of boating - 'bring on another thousand'.

Best of luck, you will get lots of replies on this posting.
