2 hours 15mins to 2 hours 30 mins depending on strength of tide and your speed through the water.

You'll need a VHF radio if your boat is over 45ft long. It's all been covered MANY times on this forum. I would suggest you do a search and give yourself a couple of hours to read the posts!

I'm planning to do Limehouse to Brentford in early July but I can be fairly flexible with the date ( +/- 2 days or so) so nearer the time I'll see if anyone else fancies doing it at the same time.
