New marina at Slapton lock. Planning no. 15/00164/app

I`m told also owns village pub and is planning houses just along road from marina towards village. Plus owns the equestrian centre.

Perhaps he`s given up farming.

The chap in the lock cottage has just posted a notice outside that the consultation period has been extended. This will allow more time for objections etc.

An auction has just been advertised for a mooring that would be dwarfed by the new development if it goes ahead

I think those moorings would disappear if it gets the go ahead.

The view will be marina buildings instead of open fields.

Not a problem if you just need a mooring in the location.
