You've mentioned haggis before, NC. Where did you get this taste for haggis, and can you get it in Yorkshire/Lincolnshire?

 

The only time I ever ate haggis was in Portsmouth. In 1970, no idea where my hosts got it from or what was in it, I quite liked it but have no other haggis experience to compare it to.

My Scots teacher at school described haggis as "a sheeps stomach stuffed with offal to make it offal nice".
