Sweet Chilli Salmon

Dead easy this. Coat some salmon fillets in sweet chilli sauce and leave to marinade for 15 minutes. Grill for 10 minutes and serve.

 

I served ours with new potatoes and veg.

The salmon itself looks ok and well cooked, but the veg and potatoes look bland. It would be nice if it was served with some stir fry veg and maybe some Singapore noodles.
