This is probably not a unique invention but by heck it's good...

 

2 parts dark rum

1 part ginger wine

Big brown sugar lump

Big dash of mixed spice

 

Put in teeny small pan or tin mug and pop it on the stove.

 

Go and potter around for 5 minutes, ideally outside so you get a bit chilly.

 

Drink it. Xmas in a cup.
