Hi Richard

If you could just relay that all phone lines are now operational although with reduced capacity, callouts and servicing are operating as normal, but it will take us some time to get administration back to normal as we will have to wait for new printed material etc.
We just ask everyone to bear with us, and let us know if expected documentation does not arrive, we will be reprinting everything from the last week, but inevitably there will be holes. We would also ask customers to take into account that our stock levels, specialist equipment and parts are depleted so turning around parts replacement may take longer if parts are not in stock locally.

So, they are working as usual, although they have the problems you might expect from the fire
