Parking in Beeston Area

Anyone know where we can park a car (fairly safely) around the Beeston area for a couple of days. We have visitors for our next trip coming for a weekend and intend to do Wrenbury to Beeston area. Is Chas Harden still going? that may be an option for a small fee.

Yes, Chas Harden still operating, we passed there two weeks ago.

When we recently moved our boat from Beeston to Chester I left my car just up the main road in the lay by on the left. It was perfectly ok for the weekend and I returned on the 84 bus to the red Fox and walked down to pick it up

Thanks, I did think of using the Shady Oak pub. They have a campsite there, so for a few quid may let us park.

It's a bit tricky parking there if you want to get close to the canal.

If my memory serves me right though there is a cafe/ snack bar about 150 meters away from the canal and towards the Beeston Castle pub.

It has a very large car park and I,m sure you could talk to the ladies in there.
