I know it can be adjusted but some idea of pitch required would/could possibly help.

What's the prop for? Then at least we can hazard a guess at the pitch you'll need.

 

Do you still have the old one? The diameter and pitch will be stamped on the boss somewhere, usually.

 

Why does it need replacing?
