Naughty Cal
We discovered these in Lincoln of all places. Make a pancake and top it with cooked sliced chicken breast, stuffing and thick chicken gravy. Roll up and bake for 30 minutes.

Jo_
Very similar to what my mum in law handed onto me - Beef/Chicken/Lamb Fritters. Seriously huge family favourite - in fact it's beef fritters tonight!! With left over meat, thin 'chips' rather than fat cubes or big slices. Make a Yorkshire Pudding batter with seasoning. Throw in the meat. Fry in spoonfuls till batter cooked and both sides nice and browning. Serve with any veg you like. Add heated up left over gravy. Mustard, Horseradish, Mint Sauce/Jelly (to suit the meat obviously!). Just like Sunday roast all over again and a little meat goes a looooooooooooooong way! I usually add sweetcorn to the chicken fritters.
