These are simply too easy to make and really pleasant for anyone with a sweet tooth smile.png

 

5 ingredients - 10 minutes (and I had to ground my almonds)

 

place dark chocolate & amaretto in a bowl which is sitting in a pan of hot water, melt and mix together, add in soft unsalted butter till melted and combined, add icing sugar (confectioner) & ground almonds

 

remove bowl from hot water - let cool, form into small balls, coat with your choice of coating.

I'm sure any liqueur/spirt would do just fine, not sure about Bailey's though??

 

for your shopping list it's:

 

6 oz dark chocolate

2 T Amaretto (I put in a wee drop more)

3 T unsalted butter

1 3/4 oz icing sugar

1/2 C ground almonds

For the uninitiated, like wot I am, T = tea or tablespoon, C = cup?
