Naughty Cal Posted March 24, 2014 Report Share Posted March 24, 2014 With not much time to grab lunch today I had a rifle around in the freezer and found some left over med style roasted veg from last weeks vegetable tart. That will do nicely. Whilst that was in the nuker I rustled up a quick pancake. When the veg was reheated it was added to the pancake and sprinkled with grated cheese and plenty of black pepper then stuck under the grill for a minute to melt the cheese. Quick, easy and tasty. It's easy to add some additional tomato paste and add to some plain pasta for a quick lunch.
