Hey! its a bit empty in here...so here goes:

Banana Split

Tin of custard

Bananas

Chocolate flakes

Squirty cream

How:

Dollop in some custard in each bowl

Cut a banana north to south

write your name over banana with squirty cream

crumble 1/2 a flake over the cream

Voila - cheap pudding that would cost £1.48 each in Tescos.

Chocolate Mud!!!

Put 4 tablespoons of custard powder, three tablespoons of sugar and one tablespoon of cocoa in a basin.

Mix into a smooth paste with milk taken from a pint.

Heat the remaining milk until nearly boiling, add to the mix and stir like mad!

It may set solid straight away but if it doesn't return to pan put on heat and keep stirring.

When it's so solid you can't stir it and it is in danger of burning on the bottom, remove from heat put in bowls, smother with sugar and eat!

This should not be considered as part of a calorie controlled diet!

Cheers Graham

Sounds serously worrying...!

- When we do banana split, it involved melting some choclate, mixing it 50:50 with double cream.

- Then spliting the banana, adding (quality) vanilla ice cream, and pouring (LOTS) of the chocolate source all over it!
