Naughty Cal
Just a little something we rustled up for dinner tonight. Prep is easy. Chop up your veg an par boil in a large pan. We used cauliflower, broccoli, new potatoes and sprouts. When the veg is just starting to soften drain and place in an oven proof dish. Make a simple cheese sauce and pour over the veg. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese. Stick in the oven at 200 degrees for a half hour. Serve with garlic bread.

Naughty Cal
OK Call, sprouts again. You don't have to use sprouts. You can use any veg you like. Substitute sprouts for green beans, baby corn, carrots or any other veg you like!
