New old boat goes boating

After two years on the Thames with the barge and subsequent sale and purchase of the Bantock we are leaving the Thames this weekend and returning to the Grand Union

 

So Friday morning we will be heading down to Windsor, Saturday to Teddington then the best part an early Sunday morning run down the tideway to Brentford

 

Monday into the new (old) mooring car shuffles etc etc

 

With mums funeral tomorrow this will be the antidote Lise and I need so if you see Coronation on the journey give us a wave and say hello

so looking forward to getting back to the cut...

My dad died from cancer a couple of weeks ago, so my sympathies to you Chris.

Hope all was OK at the funeral; have a great trip and enjoy getting back on the canal; I just know you're going to enjoy your new boat, King Chris (after the Coronation). We'll see you again soon
