Featured Posts

This morning at 8am an 18 month chocolate brown Patterdale Terrier was stolen on the tow path at Angel. He is microchipped and has a tag. If anyone saw ANYTHING or sees him please call 07759 515057 IMMEDIATELY. This puppy has a loving home on a boat with another patterdale and needs to be found as soon as possible. Any help much appreciated. Please see picture on Twitter @ahbess to help. Thank you.

I can appreciate the humour of your post, relating to previous threads on this forum, but perhaps Bethken, as a new member and probably quite distraught at the moment, may fail to see the funny side.

Thank you Athy, that's very kind. The missing pup belongs to a very good friend of mine and yes, both extremely concerned and trying absolutely eveything to find. Have had an incredible online response but no results yet. Here's hoping.

Sorry to hear the news, are vets appointments needs for injections etc?.

Hope she is found soon.

Good luck.

Edit, Misread the age of the puppy in the original post.

Digger is home! The Internet went mad, literally hundreds of tweets, forums, Facebook etc, then we coated the local area in posters and less than hour later (14 hours after went missing) he showed up o the tow oath, a couple saw him and ran but couldn't keep up, then a call came, someone had grabbed him and called. We're pretty convinced someone had him and with all the attention throw him back where they took him from. Either way, all good now! Thanks for the support :)

Beth, that is a splendid piece of news with which to start the day.

Re your reference to the "tow oath", isn't that what you say when you trip over an unseen mooring ring?

Are we sure it hasn't been rented out and then sold on?

Is this supposed to be funny?

A new member comes on desperate for info. about a lost dog and you use it as a vehicle for some kind of sick joke..... which they wouldn't even get because they will have no bloody idea what you are talking about.

No real need to take a dig or start a word war, Athy is post 4 gave a gentle chide.
