Sweet 'n' sour fishfingers

Knock up a concoction of sweet and sour marinade with natural Yogurt, pineapple juice, vinegar and another important ingreedient which I can't remamber. Mix all these ingreedients together in a bowl then gently sink a dozen or so fish fingers into the mixture and bung it into the fridge overnight to marinate so that the flavours all soak in. When hungry fry in a little oil as per normal fishfinger cooking method.

Also sausages marinated similarly in a Tandoori marinade mix which can be bought in bags, just add yogurt. Don't grill them though or the marinade will set like concrete, Deep fry or fry them in a little oil. Sweet and sour mix can also be bought in bags. Enjoy. smile.png
