Rochdale Canal

Spent some time moving a boat around on the Rochdale during the last few days. We heard a story a couple of times that the the canal was closed owing to lack of water. Early last week someone did leave a paddle open and drained the pound above Todmorden but only the sort of problem that is common on most canals.

 

Anyway the canal is fully open and there is a lot of boats on there at the moment.
