As you may be aware from various sources, the appeal reached its target. The panel will be unveiled at Wardle Lock by local MP Fiona Bruce on Saturday 23rd March at 2:00pm.

On the Trent and Mersey Canal Society website listed under News and Events is a new item :- Auction (Maureen Shaw).

 

There are approx 70 items of Maureens being sold off by auction on Saturday 28th March 2015 at the Middleport Pottery in Burslem.

 

The items are plates, mugs, jugs, brasses etc
