bottle
Today whilst moored at Saul (Gloucester,Sharpness) At 11:30 Hrs I noticed a very small gazebo (tent) being erected, as time went on a display was set-up, a table and a chair. A man sat on the chair and appeared to be engrossed in his phone, during his time on the chair three people (dog walkers) chatted with him, all stayed their distance. At 14:00 Hrs it was all packed away and he left.
