There are usually a few spaces on the BW moorings at Whaley Bridge, New Mills, Poynton or Bosley. Also being a fairly small boat you might find a space relatively easily on one of the marinas such as Furness Vale Marina, New Mills Marina, Top Lock Marple, Marineville / Victoria Pit Moorings, Lyme View Marina, or Macclesfield Marina. Alternatively there a quite a few private on line moorings such as Middle Kayle Farm near Br 13 on Macc, Jacks Moorings near Br 14 on Macc, Bollington Wharf near Br 28, Kerridge Dock near Br 29 on Macc & Cowley Farm near Br 50 on the Macc. There is quite a range of moorings in the area & quite a bit of movement of boats between them, so you shouldn't have too much trouble.
