tillergirl Posted December 15, 2011 Report Share Posted December 15, 2011 Easy chocolate treat to share/or not at Chrimbo. 200-250g crushed rich tea/or ginger nuts/digestive biscuits 125g butter 300g good dark chocolate or half/half with milk choc 4 tablespoons of golden syrup 100g small marshamallows (if using big mallows cut into 3 or 4 pieces) Melt the butter, syrup and choc on a low heat. Stir in the crushed biscuits and mallows. Pour into a lined baking tray (approx 8x 10") Put into fridge to set. Once set dust with icing sugar and cut into small squares.
