Changing E Mail address

I need to change my E Mail address but when doing so I get an error saying "That CAPTCHA input did not match the CAPTCHA image" but there was no image displayed or entry box shown!

Please advise

Working for me - have you tried refreshing the page-

I don't see an image at all. But thinking about it I tried using IE8 from w*rk. I will try later at home with Firefox.

I'm on IE8 and it works fine here.

Geoff, sometimes if you have a 'Pop-up blocker' activated then it can prevent the Captcha image from appearing,

I can see the image...It says "Tryppa reason"...

It worked from home, probably something in the w*rk set up blocking theCaptcha image. Thanks for the help.

I am trying to change my e-mail address and am having the same problem, I can't resolve it.
