well red it says the "public realm works around the link" are to be done by the same contractor to allow the public to be allowed access asap .

 

all documents i have seen include public access.

some say it is a scheme others a dream but peel say they are on the button with these long term plans

peel reckon they can entice the extra people to the area, bear in mind this change will take place over a twenty year time span.

 

if peel have got the cash and the vision to try such a scheme i for one think they should be backed up and supported in the attempt, it is their own money and they are going to use it to temp other private investors to join into partnership with them.

one thing peel holdings is not is stupid.

they say they believe it can be done and ask that merseyside as a whole believe in them and the plan.

plans have been lodged with the city council for the revamp /development of the stanley dock warehouses(tobacco).

the scheme includes digging out the centre of the main warehouse to create a garden filled courtyard surrounded by the remainder of the building which will be apartments.

due to the way the building was constructed it needs a comprehensive redevelopment but all parties seem to agree to the proposals.
