latest news we got was that permission has been granted for 300 berths of which only 3 are to be residential moorings.

New lock to be built connecting to the stort between lower lock and brick lock.

Heard that they had started on the Wooden Chalets going along one edge of the lake, New club house/ Restaurant has been built, pretty sure nothing has started on the marina front.

Will let you know if i hear anything,

Yes, they are building the chalets. A friend of a friend is involved in the construction.
