I've been with then for three years now - good value, and easy to deal with because it's all done electronically.

No claims experience because I haven't needed them (long may it so continue).

We are insured through them. As Ian said, easy to deal with and a lot cheaper than others. Had our Brompton bike added to the policy for about an extra £1.

I'm with them also and agree with the above.

As with all insurance you don't know how good they are until to have to claim. Hopefully never.

They are underwritten by Zurich (who are large!) and not just a bloke working from a railway arch in Sidcup, so they should be kosher. Not that I can legally recommend any one particular insurer, of course.

They used to use Navigator and General. I don't know if they still do. They also insure older boats without a survey.
