Need a fish curry recipe help

For a lovely creamy thai curry I just heat a can of coconut milk(or two) with all yer thai spices....lemon grass, chilli, soy sauce, fish sauce, corriander...mixes available!

Heat through with some veg..pak choi, mushrooms, sweetcorn, spring onion...whatever you fancy

 

Then when its all flavorsome add meat/fish/more veg and simmer until cooked....

 

Simple as that!

 

Great with monk fish...prawns..squid..anything really!
