Just to add to that if I can.

- Obviously the more previous experience with forums and there running the better and a good understanding will be required, however its not as such necessary to have used IPB software or have moderated a forum a before. There's only one way to learn, we work as a team. The basic operation of the software is not overly complex and both me and jon will be able to help you get your feet.

The most important thing is that you want to do the job and be part of the team. And are ideally on or around the forum fairly frequently.

And as jon says, all applications are welcome. Just drop us a line if your interested, any questions welcome. Look forward to working with you.

Daniel
