Sealing washers for CAV/Delphi water separator/sediment trap drain screw

Well a copper crush washer wouldn't seal mine but my screw is the finger tightened version. I tried tightening it with pliers but it still wouldn't seal. 

 

A M8 Dowty washer has sealed it fine. That's the best solution in my opinion if you have the finger tightened drain screw. You can't overtighten it.
