Can't change avatar on Firefox Android

Hi, 

 

I'm a new member so maybe this feature is locked, but I can't seem to update my avatar. When I click my avatar, nothing happens. Is this an Android or Firefox issue, or locked for new users?

As a new member, I think you might need a minimum number of posts (10?) before you can do things like that.
