Visitor Moorings in Bath

I know this has been discussed many times, having scoured these forums for info, but I am after some current information. In 5 weeks time I will be picking up a hire boat near Devizes and heading west towards Bath/Bristol. On my previous journeys on this route, I was able to moor wherever there was a space, but this time one of our party has severely limited mobility, and we therefore need to have access to 'proper' visitor moorings (the plank is not an option!). What is it like around Bath at the moment? I have read that moorings above the locks are often full. Once through the locks and onto the river, are the moorings at Bath Quay and Green Park usually available? I have also read about some paid visitor moorings at Victoria Bridge but a Google search does not provide any current information. Are they still there?
