Long term hard standing in the Midlands?

We need long term hard standing for our 50ft narrowboat, somewhere in the Midlands.  Not near a river because of flooding risk.  Any suggestions?

Redhill Marina on the Soar Trent junction. You can add another boat to their graveyard!!

The storage area does not flood. They have a hoist for lifting boats out of the water. The graveyard can be seen from the train.

See my addition to the original reply. If the graveyard floods parts of Nottingham and many other cities and towns willbe many metres under water

Our boat is there atm and it hasn't flooded yet. We did need a 50m hook up cable to get connected to shore power.
