David Mack Posted January 10 Report Posted January 10 I have recently started receiving a daily email under the above heading, listing all the topics on the day's VNC stream. I didn't ask for this and I don't want it, but when I click on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email I get "You do not have permission to view this stream" and Error Code 2C280/E. Anybody else getting this? How do I stop it?
Alan de Enfield Posted January 10 Report Posted January 10 No, but the last few days I have had a change in viewing the VNC. It is now always the expanded option - I change it to condensed and it just changes back - really pi$$ing me off !

Solution Cheese Posted January 11 Solution Report Posted January 11 I still see VNC in Condensed form. And there is a button at the top saying "Send me email updates", which I guess the OP has clicked accidentally.

Once this button has been clicked it changes to "stop email updates", so should be easy to check if this has happened.

You may be right. 2 hours ago, alias said: Once this button has been clicked it changes to "stop email updates", so should be easy to check if this has happened. I have done that, so I'll see if the emails stop. 20 hours ago, rmo said: Are you logged in when you see that? (e.g. users who are not logged in) I didn't have the forum open at the time, but I am normally logged in automatically, so not sure whether the 'unsubscribe' link would take me in as logged in or not. Thanks all.

I'm not sure that the answer I received is accurate - nothing has changed and I can still not use the 'condensed' option. Is this just an automatic response ?
