Fuel return

Hi 

on a 3 LW the return is seeping, I can’t remove the 10mm pipe from the silver hexagon piece, I suppose spacer, I’m assuming it is a full internal thread 

there seems a to be 2 brass bits, maybe an olive inside outer nut 

Think maybe a quick fix when engine was on a fishing boat 

any guesses as to overcome the problem maybe something like this with a dowty between silver and brass man’s any ideas on BSP thread size
